I placed an order with Pet Supermarket. Somehow, the order got changed from pick-up to delivery, and trying to contact them to get this changed, the only way to do so is with the chat unless you pay five dollars to be able to speak to a live person, which is unbelievable when it was not even my error. If you're going to have an online company, you should have an online availability for a person to be able to call customer service without paying for it.

Order didn’t go through
Placed an order on-line. Four hours later I went to pick it up, but the store said it didnt come through.
This has happened to me twice. Your associates at the store said they had no phone number to call anyone for help. My order totaled $173.
So I had to leave without my order.
I tried to call your customer service but didnt get through.
I only get your BOT on the website. Horrible customer service.

Paid for 3 bags of cat food. Received only one.
There's no one answering their 'chat' line; I've been waiting 45 minutes. Their customer service phone hangs up on me, and there's no live person to speak to on the other number, only leave a voicemail.
Sent the one bag in a box barely big enough to fit the one in case they say I really received all 3. They would have never fit in this box!!!

Bought a 25 gallon reptihabitat from pet supermarket and diddnt know that it was damaged until my snake had escaped. Im still unable to find him but he got out in the house.
Not only was the cage $170 but the snake itself was around $300. When selling a cage that can house potentially dangerous animals such as snakes the stores should really check for damaged before selling the product.
Allowing a damaged cage to be sold is a major mistake unless it is told to the customer before hand. Sounds stupid but always have the associates tell you that its not damaged.

Try to call the corporate office. It says to leave a message, and I tried the first time, but it cut me off.
So I called back and had only enough time to leave my callback number as 'the computer' requested me to do.
I need to speak with a live person, not chat about a coupon problem I had at the Vestavia Hills, Alabama store about a $10 coupon I tried to use, and the assistant manager was rude, did not help me, then walked away! Thank you, Greg Bush, Birmingham, Alabama 205-617-****.

Verified Reviewer |Today I was totally humiliated and berated by your so-called manager at your store on 23rd street in Panama City, Florida! I spend a lot of $$ in that store and NEVER have I been treated so rudely!
I went to that store today and proceeded to buy 20 cans of cat food, one bag of Stella & Chewy that was marked down to $15.00 by a sign that was still on the shelf underneath the bag, four cans of Fussy Kat cat food marked Buy One Get One that had over six price signs on the shelves in various places, one bag of Greenies, and a couple of more things. When I got to the register, the clerk proceeded to charge me full price for the marked-down dog food.
When I corrected her, she went to the shelf where the sign was, brought it to the register, told me it was their fault the tag was still there, that the promotion was no longer valid but refused to honor the sale price. Then she proceeded to charge me full price per can of BOGO cat food! One unkempt girl came up and interfered, stating she was the manager, and began to imply I was some sort of con or liar and proceeded to yell at me at the register. She continued until I told her more than four times to lower her voice!!!
She laughed at me, walked off, and I told her that she was embarrassing me and I would not be back, to which she said she was happy with that. I then told her to go to *** to which she yelled across the store, 'You're from *** I'll meet you there'!!! I have begun telling everyone about her stupidity, and I expect her to be reprimanded severely for her actions!! My receipt #74026, store #182, and cashier #052260.
The 'manager' yelled out her name but I failed to remember it the time I was in there was 2:21 p.m. on 2/19/25. I asked for the corporate #, but she advised me that there was no such place nor did you have a phone #! She gave me a card that had the address and phone # of that store on 23rd street here in Panama City, Florida.
I spoke to a larger company, and they were kind enough to look up your corporate address and phone # and were quite concerned that I had been treated with total disrespect and as a criminal or con or liar!!! Businesses being run by people like this 'manager' will soon go out of business in a place like Panama City, Florida. I can be reached by phone 850-630-**** anytime!!!
This 'manager' told me that she owns several businesses and property in the city. Maybe she needs to be doing that and not be working in the public!!!

Bird cage
I brought a new cage for my baby Indian ring neck. And after putting it together I noticed the there were sharp areas that my bird could cut himself with also, there's a bar that doesn't go all the way down and connects to the cage.I found rust on it.
I'm really unhappy about this since now I have to take the cage that's put together back to the store which isn't near me. Its more of a hassle than it needs to be.

Our Canton, Georgia location has been without the dog wash for several months. This is a very valuable service & needs to be fixed. I have been told it is a water heater issue, & corporate does not want to repair or replace the water heater.

When my local pet store went out of business, I was no longer able to find performatrin brand cat food anywhere, which is what my cats have been on their whole lives.
Pet supermarket was the only spot I found that carried my girls food, so I set up an account and an autoship order timed to come every few months before I ran out of food.
Not only has my shipment always been late, it's also always been wrong.
The first order they doubled my order and charged me for it without my consent or knowledge.
The second order came damaged in a *** broken box with holes in the bag.
The third and most recent order came late again, and was actually 3 bags of dog food not cat food.
Their customer service was difficult to get in touch with and not helpful. The online chat kept getting disconnected and would not work when I tried to upload photos they requested.
When I finally got in touch with someone on the phone and told them I would like my correct order sent to me overnight or expedited, I was told they are not able to do that. So now I have to play the lets find my girls a new cat food game and hope I find something fast that agrees with their sensitive tastes and bellies.
It is crazy to me that such a large company is so incompetent when it comes to online orders, and equally crazy that they can't overnight ship something.
I know i'm ranting because this is fresh and I'm pissed, but idgaf. I planned on coming home from work to take a nap with my cats before getting back to the grind. Instead I got cussing dog food and am so cussing frustrated right now. Cuss you pett super market. Cuss you right to Cuss
